Empowering the Next Generation

Edu Aid provides holistic support to high-need female students in secondary schools and madrasas, particularly those from woman-headed households. Our goal is to ensure these students continue their education, maintain health standards, and resist the pressures of early marriage.

  • Integrated Support: PBL provides stipends to selected students to remove financial barriers to education.
  • Nutritional & Financial Security: Students are encouraged to use a portion of their stipend to rear poultry. This initiative ensures regular protein intake (eggs) while generating a monthly income of BDT 240–500 (approx. USD 2.00–4.50).
  • Hygiene Sustainability: Income from poultry sales allows students to purchase essential hygiene products—such as soap, iron supplements, and sanitary napkins—available through school-based kiosks managed by local women entrepreneurs.
  • School Environment: In collaboration with school management, PBL organizes health camps, computer literacy training, environmental cleaning, and “Book Exchange” exhibitions.
  • Funding: EduAid is supported by contributions from friends, relatives, and PBL members. We also gratefully accept Zakat donations for this cause.
