He has worked more than 38 years at BRAC in different capacities such as Area Manager, Regional Manager of Microfinance Program at Field level and Head of Agriculture Program at Head Office Level. After retirement from BRAC he joined ACI and has been working as Business Director.

He has worked more than 40 years at BRAC in different capacities such as Area Manager, Regional Manager of Microfinance Program at Field level, Monitoring Specialist of Monitoring Department, Head of HR and finally retired as General Manager of Procurement department at Head office level. After retirement from BRAC He joined MAKS Trading Limited as Director and worked there for 2 years. In addition he has been working as Independent Consultant on Procurement, HR, Monitoring and Investigation.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
She has worked more than 38 years in different NGOs like BRAC, UDDIPAN, Naripakkha, Durbar Network, CDF, IFDC and other organizations as Trainer, Gender expert and Programmer.

He has worked in Baking sector more than 40 years in different capacities and finally retired as Secretary of Chairman from Al Arafa Islami Bank PLC.

He has worked more than 35 years at national and International Organizations in different capacities and finally retired as Senior Manager from WFP. After retirement from WFP he has been doing business as House Building Developer and Holy Hajj & Umrah Agent.

She has worked more than 25 years at NGO sector in different capacities and presently has been working as Program Officer at BRAC TB Program.
